Azusa Light & Water (ALW) recently underwent a major upgrade from Enquesta V4 to Enquesta V6, and the Go-Live experience was nothing short of remarkable. The project was spearheaded by the ALW Project Team, comprised of Alicia Holmes, Alisha Devezin, Eliana Estrada and Gilbert Espinoza. Their tireless efforts and attention to detail ensured a smooth transition for the company. A big round of applause goes out to the S&S Project Team, who played a crucial role in guiding ALW toward the successful implementation of V6. We are grateful for the dedication and hard work of the Go-Live Team, consisting of Angela Hernandez, John Knight, Allan Bursaw, Cello Souza, Matt Bellew, Peter Tampas, Rayna Tamayo and Rick Sancken-Marx, Wendy Perry, JJ Thissell and the entire S&S team who has contributed to the V6 upgrade.
The key accomplishments of this V6 upgrade have been nothing short of impressive. With a seamless Go-Live and transition from V4 to V6, ALW has experienced a significant improvement in operational efficiency. The advanced features and capabilities of Enquesta V6 have evolutionized operational processes. This includes the elimination of manual data entry, complex out of system billing and transaction history, and collection processes. The implementation of Enquesta V6 has also streamlined billing processes, utilizing the job scheduler and the billing validator for on-demand billing. Since its launch in February 2024, V6 has reduced processing time and manual efforts, resulting in more accurate and timely customer billing. This has led to a significant decrease in billing errors and customer complaints. Additionally, V6 has allowed ALW to offer more flexible payment options, leading to increased customer satisfaction.
In addition, Enquesta V6 has also enhanced the customer experience through the use of the user-friendly Customer Online Portal - Capricorn. Customers can now easily access their account information, view their bills and make payments online for all billable accounts. Customers can also view their electric and water consumption usage, saving them time and effort while keeping our customers informed and satisfied.
Another noteworthy accomplishment of this upgrade is the improved billing capability for all electric customers, including those with solar, time of use and solartime of use rates. With the implementation of V6, we have also made significant improvements in the customer experience by launching PDF billing statements for our complexed billed electric accounts. This not only streamlines our billing process for our customers. We have made huge advancements to our customers and continue to strive toward providing the best possible service. This upgrade is just one example of our commitment to constantly improving and evolving technology to meet the needs of our customers.
The upgrade from Enquesta V4 to Enquesta V6 has been a game changer for Azusa Light & Water. The dedication and hard work of the project teams, combined with the advanced features and capabilities of V6, have greatly improved operational efficiency and raised the bar for customer service in the utility industry. This upgrade has not only brought numerous benefits to ALW, but has also set a new standard for customer satisfaction.
